Ljubljana has clean public toilets that are free to use in the city centre and at key spots. You’ll find them under many of the bridges over the Ljubljanica (Tromostovje, Mesarski most, Zmajski most, Prulski most), at Breg, at Congress Square, at the railway station and several other locations, and most are regularly maintained with accessibility for disabled users and baby-changing facilities.
Just look for the green-and-white “WC” signs — these public facilities are a handy and free amenity during your visit.
