CAVE & CASTLE - Two Slovenian biggest attractions
Slovenian Karst (Kras) is a rocky area spread along the southern part of the country. It is interesting on the surface, however the best is hidden from a daily light. A visit to one of the underground caves is a must for every traveler!
The biggest underground channel in the whole World is our Postojna cave. After one hour visit: by cave train and some walking, you will be astonished!
And how a man has adopted to the life on a rocky countryside? Come with us and we shall see the attractive castle Predjama, where a knight Erasmus found its refuge!
A suggestion to a full day tour: let's go for wine tasting in Vipava valley or to Piran, a picturesque coastal town or even deeper into the cartic area: Rakov Škocjan, Cerknica lake and Snežnik Castle!
